Terms of service

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the DealerPal portal and apps provided by DealerPal Ltd. DealerPal is a business service for motor dealers. By using it, you confirm you are acting for a business.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details secure and make sure everyone you invite to your organisation uses DealerPal in line with these terms. You are responsible for activity under your organisation.

Your content

You own the vehicle data, photos, videos and other content you add. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to the service providers we use, so that we can provide DealerPal to you.

AI-generated content

DealerPal can draft captions, narration and videos from your vehicle records. Drafts are based on the information you have saved, but AI can make mistakes. Review every draft and check that prices, specifications and descriptions are accurate before you publish.

Publishing to social platforms

  • DealerPal publishes only content you have reviewed and confirmed, to accounts you have connected and are authorised to manage.
  • You are the publisher of your posts and are responsible for making sure they are accurate and lawful, including advertising rules such as the CAP Code and consumer protection law.
  • Your use of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is also governed by their own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms, the TikTok Terms of Service and the YouTube Terms of Service. By connecting YouTube to DealerPal, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • We cannot guarantee that a platform will accept, display or keep a post, and are not responsible for platform outages or decisions.

Acceptable use

Do not use DealerPal to publish misleading, unlawful or infringing content, to access accounts you are not authorised to manage, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DealerPal available but may change, suspend or withdraw features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes that affect you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data arising from your use of DealerPal.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
